We don't delete negative reviews. Nobody can, not us and not any agency. Only Google removes them, and only when they break its policies. Anyone promising otherwise is lying to you.
We don't buy or write fake reviews, and we don't ask anyone to write them.
We don't guarantee a higher rating, a better position on Google, or more sales. That isn't up to us and we won't promise it.
About access to your profile
To do the work we need you to add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. This is not access to your Google account: we never see your email, photos or files. And you remain the owner.
